1 John 4:9 This is how God showed His love for us: God sent His only Son into the world so we might live through Him.
It’s the love of God that is revealed in us. God sent Jesus so that we could know who He is and therefore live our lives accordingly.
If you want to know what God is like, then look at Jesus. He is the manifestation of the Father in love, in works and deeds, and in values and attitudes. We have God’s life to live now rather than just our own. All it takes now is just a little cooperation on our part.
God has sent Jesus to us; to clearly show us what God is like so we can live our life like Him.
