In Matthew chapter 8, a centurion came to Jesus and said, “My servant is paralyzed and dreadfully tormented.”  Jesus told him, “I will go and heal him.”  The centurion replied, “Just speak a Word and my servant will be healed.”

The centurion was so confident that Jesus could heal his servant, he said, “Just give the command and it will be so.” He believed what he heard about Jesus was true and it would come to pass for him.

This man wasn’t a priest or educated in the scriptures he was a soldier. He got his miracle and his servant was no longer paralyzed or in severe pain. The servant was set free by a Word.
