John 13:35 says, "By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one to another."

The world will know us by our love.  The divine love that comes from God that was shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. This love is God given, unselfish and abundant.

His love isn't natural human love. Natural human love is selfish. Natural human love can turn to hatred when it doesn't get its way. It will fight, argue, and be mean.

When we let the divine love of God dominate us, it will make a big difference in our lives. It will make the atmosphere of our homes pleasant and families will be at peace.

Divine love, when it is reviled, reviles not again. The God-kind of love is not interested in what I can get, but in what I can give.

As children of God, the nature of God is in us - and God's nature is love. So it is natural for love to be in our heart. When we release the love of God that is within us the world will know us by our love.
