Mark 5:19 says, But Jesus said, “No, go home to your friends, and tell them what wonderful things the Lord has done for you and how merciful he has been.”

Jesus performed a miracle in a man’s life by casting out many evil spirits. The man immediately wanted to leave his town and go with Jesus, but Jesus told him to go home and tell his family and friends about everything the Lord had done for him.

We all have a testimony to tell about what God has done for us. It is important to remember these things and share them with others. By telling what God has done for us we keep those things alive in our hearts.

Having Jesus in our lives is a gift we can share.  God will give us opportunities to share at the right time and with people who need to hear it.

Therefore, share what the Lord has done for you in your life. Give God all the credit. Boast in Him. Tell others how great God has been to you. 

And it will cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
