Ps. 111:10 says, The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.

The fear of the Lord is the source of wisdom. When we fear God, we respect and follow Him. That is where wisdom begins. If we are not following God, we cannot find true wisdom.

James 3:17 says,  But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

Wisdom from heaven is full of good fruit: Its motives are to be faithful to the Lord, to be obedient to the call and it will rejoice at the advancement of the kingdom.

 
True wisdom is wisdom from above, which does not shift like sand when the wind blows. No. Wisdom’s roots run deep, planted in reverence of the Lord.  
 
Wisdom leads and guides as we follow the leading and prompting of the Holy Spirit.
 
Wisdom opens up and reveals truths in God’s Word.
 
Wisdom plants seeds of eternity in our hearts so that we seek to live in a righteous manner worthy of our heavenly inheritance.

Wisdom unlocks the doors of heaven. Fear God and follow Him, for the treasures of heaven are waiting for us. The discovery of godly wisdom will establish for us a great future.
